A: Thanks to our triple-walled ThermaS'well(™) insulation technology, S'well bottles are able to keep any liquid hot or cold for long stretches and maintain a condensation-free exterior. Our original S'well bottle will keep your juice or water cold for up to 24 hours, or keep your coffee, tea or cocoa hot for up to 12.

Please note, S'well product claims are based on tests using water. Other beverages may have varying results.

You can also put carbonated beverages such as soda or beer in your S’well, but avoid unnecessary shaking and take care when opening.

CAUTION! S’well bottles are not intended for the long-term storage of liquids. Alcohol, some juices, and dairy-based beverages can spoil and may cause excessive pressure buildup in your bottle, which can lead to lid failure and injury.

Remember if you are using your S’well to enjoy a fizzy soda, some bubbly, or another carbonated beverage, please use caution when opening. The airtight seal maintains the pressure required for all those bubbles. However, we don’t want you to spray some champagne on your favorite jacket or have the cap get away from you. If using with carbonated beverages, never point the bottle at anyone when opening.

A: Our vacuum seal keeps any liquid you place inside cold for 24 hours, so there’s no need to place in a freezer or refrigerator. Doing so can actually damage the bottle and its vacuum seal.
A: Do not put your S'well in the microwave as it will damage your bottle and your microwave. The vacuum seal keeps any liquid you place inside hot for 12 hours, so there’s no need to put it in the microwave.

A: CLEANING: S'well bottles should be cleaned regularly—we recommend washing your bottle with warm water and soap after every use and drying and storing it with the top off. Our Bottle brush is a great tool to ensure your bottle is as clean as the day you got it! Avoid submerging your bottle and cap in water for long periods of time as this will interfere with the vacuum seal. S'well bottles are NOT dishwasher safe! Running a S’well through the dishwasher can cause paint to chip and the vacuum seal to become ineffective.

STORING: After washing your S'well, we recommend that you dry your bottle by airing it out upside down and storing it with the lid off. This will help keep your S’well looking and smelling fresh.

CLEANING: Do not place your S’well in the dishwasher. Clean with warm soapy water and let dry with lid removed. The exterior may be dried with a soft, lint-free cloth. If you are just cleaning the exterior, use a soft, lint-free, cloth to remove light dust and maximize brilliance. Do not submerge this bottle in water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners and scrubbers on the exterior of the bottle.

STORING: After washing interior of the bottle, let dry with lid removed. Store with lid removed to ensure no moisture is sealed for prolonged periods of time.

HANDLING:
WARNING: Please note that this product is not a toy. It is not suitable for children under 12 years of age, as small parts may present a choking hazard.

This bottle is an object of art and has to be treated more carefully than a standard S’well bottle, as all crystals are hand-applied. Store / carry this bottle in the bag included for added protection. Avoid any contact with sharp or hard objects.

A: S’well bottles are airport security friendly, as long as you remember to empty out what’s inside first.
A: Chalk Ink Pens are a fun way to label and personalize your bottle. The ink won’t rub off on your hand when you go to take a drink, but can easily be removed with a damp cloth or kitchen cleaner. Chalk Ink pens are safe and toxin free, just like the rest of our products.

Traveler & Tumbler Questions

A: The Traveler is a new beverage container with a wider mouth and ergonomic grip, becoming the perfect companion for anyone with an active lifestyle. Exceptional for hydrating at home, work, on the road or wherever the moment takes you, the Traveler showcases a variety of S’well patterns and finishes to make on-the-go look better than ever before. Holding up to S’well Bottle’s performance standards of cold for 24 hours and hot for 12, our Travelers are available in three sizes (12oz, 16oz and 20oz) so you have versatility when enjoying your favorite beverages.

Available in two sizes (10oz and 18oz) the Tumbler keeps drinks hot or cold with a condensation-free grip to make drinking your morning juice, after-dinner drinks and everything in between a special occasion.

Make any S’well Tumbler the perfect to-go cup with our durable and insulated, stainless steel Tumbler Lid. The lid pops on with ease and is straw-friendly.

CAUTION! S’well Tumblers, even paired with our lid, are not enclosed and may spill if not handled with care. Hot beverages, not handled with care, can cause serious injury if spilled on user.

A: S’well Travelers and Tumblers are NOT dishwasher safe. Running a S’well through the dishwasher may cause paint to chip and the vacuum seal to become ineffective.

CLEANING: S’well Travelers and Tumblers are simply cleaned with a mixture of warm water and soap or baking soda. Our Bottle Brush is a great tool to ensure your beverage container is as clean as the day you got it! We recommend rinsing your beverage container after every use and to always dry with your Traveler cap or Tumbler Lid off. Avoid submerging your S’well product, including caps and lids, for long periods of time as this may interfere with the vacuum seal.

STORING: After washing your S’well Travelers and Tumblers, we recommend that you dry them by airing them out upside down. Once completely dry we recommend storing with the cap or lid off. This will help keep your S’well as fresh as the day you got it. Our Tumblers are also stackable, so feel free to stack them for easier storage once completely dry.

A: In an effort to go green with our packaging, our new products will no longer be packed in cardboard tubes. Instead, we've devised a discreet bellyband made of 100% recycled paper, where you can find all the information you'll need about your new product, including care and caution instructions. The band is secured around your Traveler or Tumbler with a few glue dots; it should come off with ease. If any residue remains on the product, a little rubbing alcohol (91%) will help it come off without damaging the paint on your bottle. Anything stronger than that may compromise the finish.

Roamer Questions

Available in 40oz and 64oz* sizes, the Roamer is ready to keep the entire crew satisfied, whatever the occasion may be. The ergonomic handle makes it easy to tote, while the base ledge allows for a seamless pouring experience. Featuring triple-walled ThermaS’well™ technology, the Roamer keeps beverages cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12, and maintains a condensation-free exterior. Sport Collection Questions

A: Devised to accommodate the active lifestyle, the Sport Collection offers ease and accessibility on-the- go, ready for any activity or adventure whether your passion is long runs, high hikes or back bends. Featuring the new Swing Cap grab-and- go handle, the Sport bottle is ergonomically designed for comfortable two-fingered carrying, and can also be clipped onto backpacks or bags for hands-free portability.

CAUTION: Misuse of the Swing Cap and it’s handle may result in injury, as well as cause premature wear and tear of the bottle.

A: Although we recommend using the Swing Cap in conjunction with the Sport Collection bottles it came with, you should find the cap will fit on most of the bottles in your collection.
A: At this time, we have not produced separate caps for purchase.

Personalization

A: Your bottle will be engraved with the name, initials, or word of your choice by our decorators. This engraving option is available for select S’well Bottle styles and sizes. We do not offer and color or printed personalization at this time.

A: Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of order. *Shipping time will vary depending on your location. You will be able to track your order as it ships.

*During the Holiday Season, please refer to the shipping information on the check-out screen.

A: All personalization costs $10. This cost will be added to the original listed price of the S’well product.
A: We currently have three personalization options available, each with a different character limit. If you choose to engrave a name, there is a 10 character limit. For initials there is a 3 character limit. Finally, you can choose our single character option for one letter.
A: If you choose our Name option, it will be engraved vertically on the bottle. If you choose our Initials or Single Letter option, it will be engraved horizontally. The text will be centered on the bottle on the opposite side from our S’well logo; at this time it cannot be adjusted to any other location.

A: Personalized orders will be shipped Economy only. If you have non-personalized bottles in your bag, they will ship Economy as well, but separately from your personalized bottle(s), as they will be sent from different facilities. You will receive multiple tracking emails, and they may arrive at separate times.
A: Our personalization is done in “Swell Sans Mono” font. You not be able to choose another font at this time.
A: S’well does not currently have gift messaging available.
A: All personalized bottles are Final Sale. We will not accept returns or exchanges.

Warranty & Returns

A: S’well offers a one-year limited warranty on all bottles purchased from swellbottle.com and authorized retailers with proof of purchase. For more information regarding authorized retailers please visit our authenticity page. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects, such as thermal performance issues, base becoming detached from the bottle and non-polished surfaces. To report a claim, please send an email to help@swellbottle.com with proof of purchase, reason for claim and pictures of your bottle. Specifically, please send a full-length photo of the front of the bottle, the bottom of the bottle and the claimed damage or defect area, if applicable. S’well reserves the right to request the product to be sent to our office for additional review and to verify the claim. All shipping labels will be provided by S’well.

S’well will review all cases. In the event that S’well deems a replacement is necessary, we will replace the product with the same style and size. If that product is not available, the closest style will be sent as a replacement.

S’well’s one-year limited warranty does not cover any issues due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or loss / theft of the bottle.

Radiance Collection:S’well will accept returns for any bottle in perfect and unused condition until January 15th, 2018 for our Radiance Collection bottles. Once the bottle being returned is received and confirmed to be in the described condition, a refund will be facilitated. If purchased from an authorized retailer, returns must be facilitated through the original point of purchase.

Our limited edition collection of bottles with Swarovski crystals are of the highest quality. All bottles have been individually inspected. Please note that typical wear and tear is not covered in the S’well warranty and no replacements will be issued. If crystals should fall off of your Radiance Collection bottle cap, S’well will replace it for up to 45 days after purchase, proof of purchase is required.

Brilliance Collection:

S’well will accept returns for any bottle in perfect and unused condition until January 15th, 2018 for our Brilliance Collection bottles. Once the bottle being returned is received and confirmed to be in the described condition, a refund will be facilitated. Our limited edition collection of bottles with Swarovski crystals are of the highest quality. All bottles have been individually inspected. Please note that typical wear and tear is not covered in the S’well warranty and no replacements will be issued. If crystals should fall off of your Brilliance Collection bottle, S’well will repair them for up to 90 days after purchase, proof of purchase is required. A: All shipments going to a PO Box will be shipped via UPS Surepost. We can not expedite to PO Boxes. If you need to receive your bottles in a shorter timeframe, please change your Ship to address to another physical address (non-PO Box) and select one of our expedited shipping options. Currently, we do not support shipments to PO Boxes in Canada.
A: We primarily use USPS (US Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). If your order is shipping to a PO Box address, final delivery will always be made by USPS regardless of which shipping type you choose. All Canadian shipments will be delivered by Canpar.
A: Free ground shipping is offered by S'well Bottle on orders over $50 via UPS Surepost. These orders will have an estimated shipping time frame of 4-8 Business Days. In order to apply it to your order please select "Economy" as your shipping method during check out. Free ground shipping applies to all orders in the continental US. Free ground shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian orders.

A: Ordering by the dates listed below guarantees S'well will ship out your order for on-time delivery by May 10th, before Mother's Day. Shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events cannot be foreseen and may increase delivery timeframe.

International Shipping FAQs

A: International shipping is provided through UPS i-parcel with the exception of Canada. To start an international order, please choose your country at checkout. UPS i-parcel will calculate the total cost of your order in US Dollars (including freight, taxes and duties), and will handle payment and delivery of your order. For most countries, you can expect delivery in 8 to 11 business days from time of order depending on your country’s customs requirements.

A: Yes! Currently, S’well is offering discounts to students over 18 years or older attending an American university or college with a valid student email address. You can access this discount by visiting the Student Store. For the most up-to-date information regarding other discounts and promotions, subscribe to our newsletter.
