As long as your bottle is empty going through security, your S’well is ready to travel with you to your next destination!

A:

S’well bottles can be cleaned simply with hot water and soap. For optimal cleansing we recommend using a combination of hot water, soap, and vinegar. S’well bottles are not dishwasher safe, so please be careful when cleaning your bottle.

A:

Anything! Water, wine, beer, cocktails, coffee, hot chocolate, soup? You name it. S’well bottles can handle any liquid.

Our 9oz. & 17oz. sized bottles fit in a standard size cup-holder.

A:

Thanks to ThermaSwell technology, there’s no need! Our vacuum seal keeps anything you put in the bottle cold for 24 hours & hot for twelve. You can actually damage the bottle by placing it in a freezer, so be mindful if doing so!

Chalk Ink easily wipes away with a damp cloth and water, or Windex.

We recommend allowing the bottles to air dry with the lids off. Be mindful not to submerge the lids in liquids for a long period of time as it can interfere with the vacuum seal.

All of our bottles are made of the highest grade 18/8 stainless steel and coated with soy-based paints.  Even better, our bottles are non-leaching, BPA and toxin free.

* Our bottle lids contain a small silicon O-ring.

Returns & Exchanges

A:

We are a busy team, but we also want to keep our customers happy. The standard time for a return or exchange is 5-7 business days.

A:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase in new and unused condition with the original packing slip. We cannot accept returns purchased from other locations or retailers. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on used S’well bottles. Customers wishing for an exchange or return must first request a Return Authorization (RA) number via email (see the form below). You will be required to include the RA number on the original packing slip and description of the reason for return/exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns/exchanges to the specified return address and must include a pre-approved RA number. We suggest sending via a shipping method with delivery confirmation as S’well Bottle is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Replacements due to defect or damage issues are not considered a return or exchange. In order to process a replacement request, you will need to reference your online order number and provide (when possible) photographic proof of damage. Rest assured, we work with all our S’well retailers to resolve any defective product issues. You will just need to initiate the return with your original point-of-purchase. S’well offers a 1-year manufacturing warranty guarantee for exchanges and replacements.

Ordering & Shipping

Orders ship from our CA warehouse Monday through Friday. Unless you add an expedited shipping option, orders under $90 ship via USPS* and over $90, ship FedEx Ground. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking at the time your order ships, usually within 48 hours from the time your order is placed. Please allow up to 5 transit days for your order to deliver, as it depends on your destination address from our CA warehouse.

*Please note Priority Mail is a non-guaranteed service with transit times of 1-3 days, depending on destination address from our CA warehouse. We apologize that the USPS portal is misleading to specifically name this Priority Mail 2-Day. We have brought this detail to their attention.

Domestic orders

For a limited time, S’well is offering free shipping for domestic US orders. Orders under $90 will ship via USPS. Orders $90 and over will ship FedEx Ground. Orders within the 48 contiguous states usually take 2-5 transit days to arrive (expect additional travel time for Alaska and Hawaii). Please be aware we cannot ship to PO Boxes, so if you do not have a physical street address, or cannot accept FedEx deliveries, please email (see form below) before you place an order, and the Helpful Team will be happy to assist. Expedited shipping options are offered at an additional fee, and calculated during the checkout process.

International orders:

Shipping charges on international orders are calculated based on total purchase price, weight and country of destination. Please note, international orders are subject to customs charges. S’well Bottle cannot determine these charges and cannot be held responsible for such. International orders usually take 10-14 working days to arrive, but can vary depending on the particular country’s mail delivery services. Keep in mind S’well Bottle has retailers all over the world.
